Historia del chef
Chef La-Ong Saengvosa
Nuestra chef especializada en cocina tailandesa, conocida popularmente por muchos como la Chef Wow, comenzó su apasionado viaje en la cocina a la edad de 20 años y fue inspirada por el Chef Chumpon Jangprai (Director General de MSC Thai Cuisine Academy). Comenzó su carrera culinaria en prestigiosos establecimientos, como The Emerald Hotel Bangkok, Novotel Lotus Bangkok y Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Bangkok. La Chef Wow ha tenido el placer de poder mostrar sus habilidades culinarias a diversas personalidades y celebridades de alto nivel que han elogiado su auténtica cocina tailandesa.
Su carrera siguió prosperando al incorporarse al Centara Grand Island Resort and Spa, en las Maldivas. Aquí, ejerciendo sus funciones al frente del restaurante tailandés del Centara, el Suan Bua, tiene la oportunidad de aportar sus abundantes conocimientos y experiencia. La personalidad cálida y encantadora de la Chef Wow "cautiva", indudablemente, tanto al personal como a los comensales. Su amplia experiencia culinaria también es admirada y solicitada por los huéspedes que reservan su plaza en las clases de cocina tailandesa. Para la Chef Wow, siempre se ha de cocinar con amor. Really Nice and spicy lunch
